Teahouse Treasures

I love antiques, especially china.  I had so much china that I eventually had to start selling some of it on Ebay.  I started several years ago as a hobby but, when I was laid off in 2004, I decided to try selling on Ebay full time.  Talk about turning a negative into a positive -- what  could be more fun than becoming an Ebay seller full time.  I love it.  I love finding beautiful things and making them available to my customers.  I continue to learn so much about collectibles through Ebay sales and demand driven bidding -- proving once again that one man's trash is another man's treasure. 

My love for antiques has also merged in my personal lifestyle. A couple of years ago I bought a dilapidated Queen Anne Victorian that needed extensive restoration. Ebay has given me a great platform to source old hardware, etc. for the job. When the restoration is completed, I hope to turn the house into a Teahouse in Bethel, CT and thus the name of my store.
