Tea time can be a wonderful and relaxing time to share with the people that you care about. The warmth  and openess flows with the tea and treats. Since I have discovered Ebay my collections and friendships have grown.

I am a serious collector who enjoyes tea, collecting and selling tea related items.  Additionally, I enjoy hosting as well as attending and catering tea parties. Perhaps it is the ritual of tea, the specialness of the event, or  the fun I have in baking and decorating for a tea that I enjoy so much. However, nothing compares to the enjoyment of friends new and old.

Additionally, I have found that Ebay is a great place for doing most of our family's shopping. It is much easier than driving to malls and stores. I can hunt for items from my computer while in the comfort of my home. This saves me time, money and a lot of gas. It is much greener and earth friendly too.

My Ebay Pet Peeves are:  Excessive shipping and handling fees! I will not charge you excessive fees for shipping or insurance. Shipping and handling should be reasonable and as close to the actual costs, not an additional padding under a disguise. (Demanding additional and excessive shipping and handling fees is theft in my book!)  Also USPS provides free boxes for priority shipping so stop charging me for the free boxes. I will not charge you for boxes. Packaging costs, (Boxes, envelopes, tape, etc) is your cost of doing business. Consider that when pricing your items. Also, the latest trick that I have been hit with lately is, many sellers are now charging the higher priority rate and much higher prices and then sending the items Parcel Post or first class mail. Usually UPS provides insurance up to $100.00 for FREE, so don't charge me $2.00 and up for it. (I know better). Don't charge me $2.00 or $3.00 for USPS insurance when it costs $1.70.  It is dishonest. Don't lie or misrepresent your items, your services or your discounts). I prefer priority mail, and NEVER media mail or Parcel Post, (Too slow and items are much more easily damaged or lost). Also, please ship the items just as quickly as you demand your payment. (I.e., if you want your money in three days or less, then I expect the same from you. Don't wait two weeks to ship the item to me after you demanded immediate or fast payment. Be honest and admit when you make a mistake,  and fix it! If I bid, paid and followed the rules then leave positive feedback. If I left you less than positive feedback, it was due to your behavior, or the above mentioned problems, or exactly as I stated in the feedback I left. Therefore, please be an adult and do not leave retalitory feedback. That just about covers it.
