Shipping Instructions: Our shipping quotes include the cost of processing the order, packaging materials, and shipping costs ( but not insurance - see below for additional information). Most orders are shipped within 1 day of payment except those paid by check. Items paid by check will be shipped 7 days after receipt of payment. Requests for same day shipment can be made by notifying us no later than 1:00 p.m. Central U.S. time. Same day shipments will incur an additional nominal charge. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For auctions paid by Paypal, we can only ship to the confirmed and verified address. For auctions paid by Credit Card, we can only ship to the address to which the card is billed to. If you wish to use your own shipping company and bill your own account, you will still be responsible for the handling charge which includes the cost of the packaging materials and the cost to package the item. Since UPS delivers packages at your door step if no one is in, please request a confirmation request if you do not wish the package to be left unattended. If a confirmation request is preferred or if the value of the shipment is greater than $100 and the package is not delivered due to the recipient not being available, the package will be returned to us. In such a case, the buyer will be responsible for the additional charge to reship the item (there are no exceptions to this policy). All items costing more than $100.00 and paid by PayPal, will require signature confirmation and will not be left unattended (Due to PayPal guarantee provisions, we will not honor any exceptions to this policy). DOMESTIC: We use UPS exclusively unless we are shipping to Hawaii and Alaska which are shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. INTERNATIONAL: Iternational orders are normally shipped via UPS International. Shipments to Canada will be shipped via UPS standard (no exceptions). For other international orders, if the buyer requests shipment via USPS Global Express Mail, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Please note that USPS has limitations on the size of items being shipped internationally. Please refer to their website (www.usps.com <http://www.usps.com/>) for additional information. Please note that we will not alter the customs documents to show anything other that what was purchased. This includes any requested modifications to the price in order to incur a smaller customs fee. INSURANCE: We offer optional shipping insurance at a cost of 1.5% per $100.00 of value. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipment if you decline the insurance. If your item is damaged during shipment and you paid for the insurance, please do not sign anything that says the item was received in good order. Instead make sure you note the damage. Further you agree to assist us in filing the damage claim and to keep all packaging and materials until such time as an agent from the shipping company can make their inspection. You will receive a refund for the damaged item after settlement is received from the shipping company.
Return Policy: Since no exceptions will be made, please read this carefully before bidding. Do not assume something is included unless it is stated in the auction. Also, unless otherwise stated in the auction, RWL Markets is selling all items "As Is" and in "Used" condition with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller may offer a limited guarantee that the item will arrive in a functioning condition, hereby referred to as a 'DOA' warranty. For items with a 'DOA' warranty, seller's sole responsibility during the 'DOA' warranty period is to replace or repair the defective item or refund the sales price at seller's sole discretion. Buyer is responsible for contacting seller within the DOA warranty period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We track all items by its serial number and our own asset tag number. Please do not remove our asset tag number until after the warranty period expires. If the item is returned, please ensure they are returned with any and all documentation, accessories, and peripheral items included in the original shipment. Incomplete returns may result in partial refunds (less the sum of the cost of the missing items, a 20% restocking fee, ebay fees, payment fees, and shipping & handling) or at our sole discretion, no refunds at all. Seller shall provide the buyer with the instructions to return the item. If after inspection, the item is found to be working, the item will be shipped back to buyer at buyer's cost. In addition, the buyer agrees to pay the seller's shipping cost incurred in returning the item to the seller. If the item is found to be defective, a replacement or a refund will be sent to the buyer at seller's cost. Please note the cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable - no exceptions. |
