Our company has the exclusive representation the products for the U.S. We have more
than two warehouses with more than 15,000 square feet each, located in the city
of Miami to be able to process all the Internet and Wholesales orders

All our merchandise are manufacture under OEM specifications and tested not only
by us, but also in 3er party laboratories to be sure that the merchandise have the
same or better quality that other well know products in the market.
Payment
We strongly recommend PayPal as payment method; as soon as we receive your payment
we will start processing your order. We will have it shipped in just 1 or 2 business
days.
Sales Tax
All Florida buyers' must pay sales Tax (6.00 %), if you have a business and you
will resale the merchandise, you will have to send you your re-sale certificate
in order to send your tax amount back.
Shipping
We normally USPS as a carrier for all our E-Bay shipment, but all packages will
have a confirmation delivery included in the price, this mean that
you will receive a e-mail with all tracking information as soon as we finish with
the packing process.
Sales in pallets will be shipped by ground truck transportation
Insurance
Normally nothing happens when you have merchandise shipped to your business or home,
but because always there is a possibility that something happens we are giving you
options to make your peace of mind.
Our company will not be responsible for the merchandise after it leaves our premises.
That is why our customers given the opportunity to purchase insurance.
