1. I do my very best to answer all emails as promptly as possible. If I'm online when your mail arrives, it's often answered in minutes, & all questions answered as throroughly as possible.

2. I try to describe my items as thoroughly & accurately as possible.

3. ALL used/surplus Audio, Electronics & Computer items are tested to the best of my ability to insure that they are working properly before shipping.

   • - I've invested in over 20 different laptops thus far to cover the major lines of items I sell, & will be adding more laptops, as I take on new components.)

   • - I test all audio components with my full array of state-of-the-art SENCORE test equuipment. All tested items have a Service sticker attached - signed & dated.)

4. On more complex items, I try to include the original Owner's Manual, or a quality paper copy, or at least some form of printed Setup, or Installation & use instructions.

   With many computer-related items, I include a custom-made CD with Owner's Manuals in MS-Word &/or ADOBE PDF formats, & any drivers or setup files I can find, as well as some of my favorite cool "Bonus" programs for you to play with, & enjoy!

5. ALL items are cleaned, polished, Armor-All'd, etc... as best possible, & bagged after testing & cleaning to keep them clean!

6. All items are carefully packed (bubble-wrap, newspaper, peanuts, solid boxes - even double-boxing on more fragile items!)

7. I ship 5-6 days a week. Most orders received by 3pm EST go out the same day!

8. On larger/heavier items, I charge actual shipping costs. On smaller/lighter items, to speed up the process, I use a flat-rate shipping charge based on splitting the difference between costs to the East & West Coasts.

9. On all smaller/lighter items I ship USPS Priority Mail to insure quick delivery. On the larger/heavier items I use UPS Ground (shipped through my nearby Mailbox Express outlet)

10. All items of any major value are insured automatically, (included as part of the shipping costs).

11. I follow through all steps of the sale with emails ("Questions of Seller", after "Winning Bid", "Payment Received", & "Item Shipped" (w/tracking # if available)

12. Many items come with a 14-30 Day Warranty (unless specifically sold "as-is"). Since most items are used/surplus, there are rarely any manufacturer's warranties available, but I want the buyer to feel confident in their purchase from me.

    As much as I try to test all used/surplus equipment as thoroughly as possible, every so often, "Murphy's Law" takes over & something goes wrong... (ie: a problem that was induced by rough handling during shipping, required extensive warmup & use before occurrence, or in some other way, was not obvious during initial testing.)

13. I respond to all "problems" as promptly as possible. I'll do my best to walk the Buyer through any setup procedures, or operations as best I know how... Most "problems" are usually just cases of incorrect setup or use by inexperienced buyers.

14. In the event of an actual failure, in most cases, I will ship out a replacement unit within 24 hours. If the returned unit is actually found to be defective on arrival & testing, (many are not - just the Buyer's inexperience, or some other OS fault..), I will reimburse return shipping costs of the item.
