Q:What is your shipping discount?

A:Full shipping on the first item, half off on all other items ordered, furniture not included or very large packages. If you are in questions that your item is a very large package, contact us and we will glady advise.

Q:When will the item get shipped out?

A:All items are shipped out within 3 days of payment. In most cases we ship out the next day.   We will use either ups or usps service.

A:Sorry, do to the nature of our business we are not availabe for pickups.

A:Yes, I will ship worldwide, if you cannot see a shipping rate, email me thru the ebay message and I will fix that auction so that you can get the shipping rate!

A:Yes!! We rent a commercial building, no pets, no smoke!!

Q:Do I have a return policy?

A:Yes, if you feel that the item was not as described or defective, I will accept the item back, send to Teresa Baker, 230 West Street, New Vienna, OH 45159. I will refund the shipping fee as well. I will also accept returns if you are simply not happy with the product. Contact me and let me know the item is being returned.
