Shipping

Your item will be shipped via Thai Registered Mail within 24-48 hours of PayPal confirmation.  This is a reliable service that takes from 10-21 days for delivery.  A tracking number will be issued.  Winning bidders may combine up to 7 auction items into one shipment, as long as bids are within seven days of the first winning bid.  A .75 cent S & H charge is added for each additional item.  Please contact us if you have special requests.

Payment

We accept PayPal only. Successful bidders will receive a confirmation email and invoice, with product details and payment information within 24 hours. Our PayPal account via: info@templegems.com   Payments should be received within 7 days of closing. If the payment is not received in 7 days, we are required to notify eBay of an unpaid item.  If you are unable to make payments within 7 days, please inform us so we can make other arrangements with you. Returns

If for some reason you would like to return your item, we ask that you contact us first so we can suggest possible options.    Please note that items purchased from templegems-usa need to be returned directly to us in the same condition you received them.  For a refund, the return must be postmarked within one week of receipt. Shipping and handling charges for returning an item are borne by the buyer; in most cases.
