In the rare event you need to return an item to us, simply contact our Customer Service department within seven days of receipt for return instructions. Items must be returned
in original condition: unused with tags intact. Please note that due to the unreasonable and enormous expense associated with international shipping, international
customers should not expect any shipping reimbursement.
Our Shipping Policy
Tennessee Outfitters does a high volume of business and we ship and receive on almost a daily basis, including weekends. Most items ship
within one or two days. Some may take a little longer to get ready depending on season or other factors. We are not a "drop" shipper, we personally handle
your package. We do use shipping consolidation practices and JIT ("just in time") inventory controls to reduce costs and keep our prices low. We advertise a 7
to 10 day shipping timeframe to allow for challenges that sometimes have a way of popping up. If you need it yesterday, Contact Us to let us know as we can usually accommodate rush
orders. In any event, we immediately process every order, large or small, upon receipt of payment and in the order received. Most of the time we ship via
USPS Priority Mail. For heavy shipments (generally over 5 pounds) we use Fed Ex Ground. We do not rip you off by charging for insurance (we self insure our
shipments) or inflating shipping costs to increase profits. We are an Internet-only retailer so our distribution center and sales offices are NOT open to the public
(sorry, no local pick-ups).
