All of our items for sale come from a smoke-free environment! Your purchase will be carefully packed and shipped via your selected method, usually 1 business day after receipt of cleared payment, normally within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment, and occasionally longer than 3 days but never longer than 5 business days after receipt of cleared payment. We recycle packing materials whenever possible and of course there are some new materials required for which we incur an expense, i.e., tape, paper, printer ink/toner. Our time is as valuable as yours is, and along with the above mentioned expenses that is why a nominal packing/handling charge is included in your shipping & handling price.
We combine shipping whenever possible (as long as the items combined can reasonably be shipped together), for purchases within a 7 day (1 week) period. You MUST notify us if you intend to purchase or bid on other items and you MUST make a SINGLE PAYMENT to qualify for combined shipping. Our combined shipping discount is to charge only a single nominal packing/handling fee plus actual shipping charges to your location.
Your Checkout (even for Money Order payment) or notice of intent to bid/purchase other items is due within 3 days of the end of the listing; your payment is due within 10 days of the end of the listing (or 10 days from the purchase date for Buy it Now or Best Offer items). We will not hesitate to file an Unpaid Item Dispute for bidders who do not contact us or respond to our attempts to contact them within the specified time period.
After each of our auctions close, or after you have committed to purchase an item with Buy it Now or Best Offer, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning buyer. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you. Please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also Check Out through your "My eBay" within your own account (go to "Won" found in the left column of your "My eBay" screen under "All Buying", and look for the "Pay Now" button next to the item you have purchased). Another option for paying for the item is by viewing the completed listing signed-in as the winner. Links will appear at the top of the listing page for this purpose.
We support and participate in the eBay Feedback system. Sellers, we appreciate your leaving feedback for us and we will post feedback for you upon receipt of our purchases. If there is any issue with a purchase we have made we will first contact you directly to resolve any problem before leaving negative feedback. Buyers, we request that you leave feedback upon receipt of your purchase; to encourage this we will reciprocate with positive feedback only after our feedback has been posted. This lets us know that your item arrived, safe and sound. If there is an issue with your purchase kindly contact us to resolve it rather than posting negative feedback. While all sales are final, we would like to work with you for your satisfaction. If we have made an error or you feel an item has been misrepresented we want to do what it takes to make it right.

SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE FOR PICK-UP ITEMS
Please read our terms and the item description carefully, as Bidding, making a Best Offer, or clicking Buy it Now are a binding contract.
All sales are final. Item is exactly as described and sold AS IS, for PICK-UP ONLY. Please research item and ask any questions before bidding. Accepted payment forms are PayPal, or Postal or Western Union Money Order.
Winning buyer must contact seller within 3 days of auction close. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction close. Item pickup must be arranged within 7 days of payment. Please be prepared with the proper tools, equipment, manpower, and vehicle to transport your item.
Pickup must be made within 3 weeks of payment. Unless approved by the seller, failure to make pickup within the specified time frame may result in storage fees or forfeiture of item.
Buyer may arrange for pick up by a third party or packer/shipper, within the stated time frame.
