We only import from top manufactures from Italy and other quality sources worldwide. OUR PRICING
Our prices are based on the second London Fixing daily. We base our selling price off of London fix because that is how we import our merchandise. Each item is sold by weight x daily gold pricing. Only a few select items are sold by the piece or pair.

OUR SALES PROCESS
All merchandise is new. Residence of Washington state pay 8.9% state sales tax. Gift box included. No local pickups. We do not charge restocking fees. We are confident in our Quality. All our products are professionally packed and shipped. Check out must be completed within 7 days of purchase. If payment is not received within this time period the order will be revoked and a non-paying binder alert will be filed.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment confirmation. Unless item is out of stock in which case you will be notified by e-mail of exact ship date. Tesori ships and packs professionally with new packing materials. All items are shipped with gift box. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All returns must have an authorization number, without an authorization number it will be refused. Only the cost of the item is refunded. We do not refund Ebay final fees. A copy of original invoice needs to be returned. We are not responsible for any return items that become lost/damaged in return. Returns must be in original condition not worn or altered in any way. Buyer pays return freight/insurance. We are confident in our quality and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee if the item is not as described.
