My name is Theresa and i live on Mersea Island Essex.

I live with my long term partner Richard and we have 2 boys.

My Eldest son Daniel is 12 & goes to a special school as he has Aspergers Syndrome, ADHD, Dyspraxia & Tourettes.

My aim is to find interesting and helpful items for children with special needs, all items i buy that i think are useful i give one to my son so i can see how he gets on with them and if i think they are useful for special children i will say that in my listing, but please remember that this is my opion and not a specialists opinion.

 I started my own business because i need to be home for my children & so far it's working well!! You can be assured that i am an honest seller who is registered with the Inland Revenue (bless them) ;-)

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any aspect of your purchase from me, please get in contact and give me the opportunity to correct any problems you may have before leaving feedback as i will always try my very best to resolve any problems you may have regarding your transaction.

While i do my best to avoid postal problems by packing well and clearly labeling sometimes things do go wrong. In case of any problems with delivery, please contact me for help and advice.

Please note that the feedback system has now been changed so please do e-mail me before leaving feedback as i try my very best to give a 5 star service As sellers we all now need the 5 star rating as without it we could be suspended so before clicking a low star rate on the feedback just e-mail us to say what was wrong with the service as we don't bite and will always try to resolve an issue.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition unopened within 14 days of the date you received it, & we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, the buyer will be responsible for return carriage and must email stating the reason for the return. Please retain proof of posting for your records or incase of parcels going missing in transit

Faulty items will be replaced where possible; once checked, otherwise a full refund will be issued upon return. In the event of a faulty item being returned, we will refund the cost of return carriage. Where i have made a serious error in the description i will accept returns including postage. In cases where the item is not suitable i will refund the cost of the item only.
