Example of how to figure the combined S&H charge on most items that I sell:

The S&H charge is the same to ship anywhere in the USA.

I can give these discounts ONLY if you pay for everything with ONE payment, NOT with 2 payments because 2 payments cost me more in fees.  An item included in one payment cannot be used to reduce the S&H charge of an item included in a different payment. 

When buying several different kinds of bicycles parts and accessories:   

Pay the FULL S&H charge on ONE of the bicycle part or accessory  that has the highest S&H charge, and pay the REDUCED S&H charge on all of the other bicycle parts and accessories, UNLESS the item says it cannot be used to reduce the S&H charge on another item.  Some items, such as LOTS are already reduced and therefore cannot be used to reduce another item.   The REDUCED S&H charge is the same as the "Each Additional Item" charge. 

Suppose that you are buying the following bicycle parts or accessories:

1 of item "A" with S&H charge of $1.95 and $1.00

2 of item "C" with S&H charge of $2.95 and $1.50

1 of item "B" with S&H charge of $3.95 and $2.00

Figure it like this:

Item "B"----------$3.95

Item "D"----------  1.75

Item "A"----------  1.00

Item "C"----------  1.50

Item "C"----------  1.50

           Total S&H    $9.70   

Returns Policy on Bicycle Parts and Accessories:

The return policy for bicycle parts and accessories is:
If the item is damaged or will not work when you receive it, I will pay for return shipping up to the amount it cost me to send it to you, and I will refund your entire payment with the following exceptions: I will not refund any of your payment unless you contact me before you send it back and get my permission to send it back.  You will need to return it in its original factory package. 

If the bicycle part of accessory was not defective, you will need to return it in its original factory package at your expense. If the part is not defective and not damaged or marred in any way when I receive it, I will refund 80% of the price you paid me for the item. I will not refund the amount you paid me for shipping and handling.   If I receive it in a damaged or marred condition, I will refund less than 80% based on its wholesale value in the marred condition.
