DID YOU RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?   An automatic confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment.   If you do not receive a confirmation, it means that the payment did not go through.   After you complete your order at checkout, you will need to follow the link to PayPal, login to your account and make payment.   I cannot accept payment directly from my site. WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) SHIP?   Most items ship the next business day after payment is received and cleared.  Confirmation of shipment will be sent that same day.   ECheck payments require a 4-5 day clearing period before item(s) are shipped. DO I NEED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE?    Insurance for U.S. packages is optional at $1.50 for $50.00 coverage.  Insurance, especially on large orders, is recommended.   I cannot be responsible for any package after it leaves my possession.  WHY  HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?    Please allow enough time to receive your item.  I provide Delivery Confirmation on most packages to U.S. addresses.  If you haven't received your item(s) after 2 weeks, and my mailing program confirms the same, I will replace your order at my expense. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY EMAIL?    lf you have not heard from me within 24 hours, it means that my email message may have been rejected by your server or your information is out of date.  If this is the case, please provide an alternate email address. Positive feedback is appreciated if you are happy with the transaction.  If you have any problems, please let me know so that we may work out a reasonable settlement.
