Maybe it's because my beloved grandmother lived in a 200 year old house jam-packed with history and ... ok, I'll admit it ... junk. Or maybe it's because I loved sifting through the old photos, war rations, and ancient puzzles she kept in the crammed-into-every-nook-and-cranny upstairs room. Or maybe it was because whenever we visited, she got a box of old, cracked dolls, metal trains, and crumbling books from the well room for me to play with. Or maybe it's just true love. No matter the reason, I love old things.
But I'm not a collector. So eBay gives me the best of both worlds: I get to look at, buy, read or play with or learn about old books, toys, and other objects--and--then I get to pass them on to you. Win-win!
