MY AUCTION POLICY

• First and foremost I reserve the right to end any auction before it's regular closure.

• Make sure you have positive feedback or 0 feedback if you are new to Ebay. Anybody with with negative or excessive recent negative feedback will be deleted at my discretion. Don't worry I will look at the negative feedback and if it is just garbage, like 60% of all negative feedback is on E-bay, I won't penalize you for it.

• I would like to receive an E-mail with your full mailing address within three days after the auction closes. Sending only payment isn't enough. Sending an E-mail takes only seconds, and can eliminate a lot of confusion.

• If you pay with PayPal, you don't need to send a separate E-mail as long as the PayPal E-mail has your correct mailing address.

• I will give refunds if the item is defective (excluding transit damage if not insured) and is returned in original packaging prepaid. There will be no refunds on shipping & handling charges. I strongly encourage buying insurance, but if you choose to save the $1.30, then I won't be responsible for any lost or damaged items. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF ITEM WASN'T INSURED AND GOT DAMAGED OR LOST DURING TRANSIT.

• Read my description in full and contact me BEFORE bidding if you have any questions. DON'T ASSUME ANYTHING, ASK IF YOU ARE UNSURE.

• Shipping & Handling charges are just that. Shipping & handling charges NOT JUST POSTAGE COST. So far I didn't have a complaint, however looking at other peoples feedback I noticed that people leave negative feedback complaining that they paid $4 for shipping and the postage was only $2. I find that unacceptable. I state clearly what the shipping charge is and I clearly state that I ship with USPS Priority or DHL. Not FedEx or UPS. However I can if you pay the extra postage charge. I gladly reduce shipping & handling charges for winners of multiple auctions, as long as all items are shipped in the same package and to the same address. Please contact me for reduced rates.

• As you can see from my feedback I'm not a bad guy. I am more than willing to wait for payment if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from paying right away, but please send a short E-mail explaining the problem. I would greatly appreciate it.

• If you don't plan on abiding by these guidelines PLEASE DON'T BID. If you are not intending to pay, PLEASE DON'T BID. Besides leaving positive feedback, I will leave negative too. Effective immediately due to many people not returning the favor of leaving feedback, I won't leave feedback until feedback is left for me. I also have decided to do that because I don't consider the transaction complete until I know the buyer is satisfied. Receiving positive feedback lets me know that.
