Feedback Policy:

 

 

We use an automatic system which leaves positive feedback once we receive it. If their is a problem with an order email us at command@visuallink.com with the authorization # and the problem.

Do not use eBays email system as we do not monitor it.

 

Shipping:

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see with Paypal.  If you feel the shipping cost are to high please e-mail us and we will review your sale.

International Buyers are now welcome.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We try to ship all orders within 24hrs and use USPS as our primary shipper. You will receive Delivery Confirmation via e-mail. 85 % of orders ship from our Winchester, Va. store. Orders may be split or drop shipped for speed of delivery due to stock on hand.

 

Order Status / Tracking:

 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page on our web site www.thecommandcenterwinchester.com  This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. If your item is backordered or has not shipped it will show up in the delivery/shipping field blank.
