COLLECTOR VIRUS
I'm a private collector who has a passion for collecting vintage watches, primarily Chronographs and Divers from the 60's up to the 80's. As anyone who collects anything will know, your passion for collecting never stops, no matter how many of your particular items of interest you obtain. As a result, I am always buying more watches than I can possibly keep. Some are added to my ever growing collection, some replace an existing item in my collection, and some I simply sell on in the hope of making a few pounds profit to fund my habit. If possible, many of my watches are Overhauled or Serviced in Switzerland in the main houses as I enjoy looking at a gorgeous vintage watch. As I said, watches are a passion to me and love sharing this hobby.
In summary, this is not a business, but a hobby!
My Auction Philosophy - I will list an item with a starting price that reflects the minimum I am willing to sell it for. If my starting price seems high to you, take a look at the typical selling price for an equivalent item. You will find that my starting price is always below market value. Sometimes I lose money and sometimes I make money. My aim is to do the latter without ripping people off.
My Service Philosophy - My main aim is to give a fast and good service to the buyer so if an item is paid for with PayPal, it will be shipped at the most in the two next days. Watches are always sent Special Delivery or International Signed For so that reach you safely and as quickly as possible. I use the service that matches the value of the item.
