you wish to return an item for a refund you have 7
days
of receipt of the item to return it to me. The refund
does not include shipping cost. You must e-mail me
before sending it back
After 7 days, I will be happy to repair, size or
correct any problem that may arise. You just return
it to me with a small fee to cover shipping materials
and shipping.

I use strong Silver plated MAGNET Clasps
for SAFETY purposes ( the same ones I use in my human
jewelry). If pulled hard enough, they will come
apart, not hurting the necklace or your dog! They are
absolutely WONDERFUL
for the small breed dog!
