Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I think it is only right that you should know a little about the person you may wish to trade with. My eBay title "the-juke" really comes from a great interest I have in jukeboxes. A few years ago I was lucky enough to purchase a Rock-Ola jukebox from the early sixties. It was in a bit of a state but I have restored it to it's former glory and enjoy the sounds it produces. I still buy records for it and from time to time buy and sell items relating to jukeboxes but my aim is to source and sell any new, quality item that I can find. I believe that Solar Power, being free and green is a sensible source of power and one that should be used wherever possible. I have a 30 Watt solar panel for sale and also a series of charge controllers. I have managed to obtain some 12 volt energy saving bulbs that are either 11 Watt or 15 Watt which only use either 850mA or 1000mA of power. These have either normal bayonet bases or Edison Screw bases and the 11 Watt bulbs come in both daylight and warm light types; the 15 Watt bulbs come in daylight only, all can be run from batteries; ideal for allotments, sheds, stables, caravans, mobile homes etc. Combine these with a solar panel and battery and you have a remote lighting system that does not rely on mains power. I do sometimes list other items for sale one of these being original posters. They are either Star Wars or Star Trek and originate from the Hollywood Film Studios, some are very rare and are getting hard to find. I always get samples first and ensure the item is good value for money.
The pictures below are of two of the solar charge controllers I sell. I recommend one of these advanced controllers to anyone intending to leave a solar charger attached to their battery when they are not there to disconnect it when the battery is charged. They are essential if using a panel with an output in excess of 15 watts. If you require a controller with a timer then I have one of those too. They allow you to control the load output.
