Combined shipping and Handling
We do offer a competitive shipping and handling discount for multiple item purchases. Our ebay shipping and handling policy is full price for the heaviest item and only two dollars per additional item. Due to ebay's listing and final value fees we need to charge per item to try to keep competitive on the RC market. I hope that this will be an acceptable offer to you.
Shipping and Tracking information
We only ship USPS and you should receive a e-mail from us saying that your package was shipped and if you are located in the USA you will get a e-mail from paypal that will give you a delivery confirmation number. This is not a tracking number. This only confirms when your package is delivered. We do not provide tracking information as it is not an option with our online shipping service.
Shipping and Tracking information for International buyers:
We only ship USPS for orders and USPS does not provide a tracking number. We will have a customs number to prove packages are shipped but you cannot track with this number. If you want express or priority shipping you can request an invoice with express or priority shipping it will be an additional charge added to our posted ebay shipping and handling fees. Please note that international shipments are also subject to customs charges. These are different from country to country and are based on the value of the product. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost.

USA Shipping timeline
Most packages reach winning bidders from 2-7 business days after payment clears. All auction items are in stock and usually ship with in 24 hours unless your payment falls on a weekend or holidays.
Worldwide Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24hrs unless on a weekend or Holiday, but please understand that international shipping isn't as fast as shipping in the states. We are proud to ship using USPS air mail. Packages usually reach customers between 5-15 business days depending on customs and the time of year.
Customs & Duties:
Please do not ask us to under value or mark your items as a gift as it is against the law. We cannot be responsible for taxes that may be assessed from your country's customs office.
Insurance
We offer insurance as an option to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you choose not to purchase insurance then you are liable for the package if it is lost or damaged in transit. We generally do not have problems with lost packages but sometimes the post office does and therefore we are not responsible once the post office is in possession of your package.
Feedback
Due to some bad seeds on ebay we have changed our feedback policy. We will leave you positive feedback after you have left us positive feedback. Please do not leave a neutral or a negative without contacting us about the problem. Please allow a fair amount of time for us to respond to your question or problems as once and in a while we like to do something besides work and may not be able to return you e-mail over weekends and Holidays.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days, but only on goods returned in new condition and in original undamaged packaging that we currently stock. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items unless item is defective; in which case we will replace it after it has been mailed back to us as per policy. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
