Open Box Description
Open Box Return
Open Box typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons
other than being defective (e.g. a customer may have changed his or her
mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it). Whether an
item is returned a month later or the very next day, each Open Box item is
carefully inspected and tested prior to being shipped. Open Box items may
have been used slightly. Before being sold, each product goes through a
detailed and rigorous inspection to make sure that the item is close to
like-new or virtually new condition. Open Box products may
have the serial-number blacked-out, the UPC code removed, or the front page
of the manual removed by the manufacturer. Open Box products are usually
packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes, and some non-basic components (e.g
cables, manuals, or accessories) may be missing. Please see item description
for a detailed list of Included Items.
Warranty
New -
Virtually New - Very Good - Okay Full 30 Day Conditional Warranty:
All products with the above condition ratings are covered by a Full 30 Day
Conditional Warranty. If the product becomes non-functional within 30 days
of receipt of the item, simply notify The Value Store Dot Net in writing via
e-mail to sales@thevaluestore.net
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and to arrange
shipping back to The Value Store Dot Net. The Value Store Dot Net will audit
the item, and if item fails the audit process, we will replace the product,
repair the product or issue a refund of your money at our discretion. These
items may retain the remainder of the original manufacturer's warranty.
As-Is
No warranty:
All products which are sold As-Is are not covered under Warranty. These
items may retain the remainder of the original manufacturer's warranty.
Returns
Wrong item delivered:
In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item
that appeared, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including
all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item as well as
return shipping costs, up to the shipping amount originally charged for the
item returned. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us
for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition that it was
received. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of
product and all requests must be in writing (e-mail
sales@thevaluestore.net).
Authorized Returns:
In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for ANY reason which
is not mentioned above, the customer must contact TheValueStore.Net in
writing via e-mail to
sales@thevaluestore.net
to obtain an RMA # within 7 days of receipt of the item and mail the item
back in the same condition in which it was received. The Value Store.net
will refund the full purchase price of the item minus a 20% or $5 restocking
fee (whichever is higher). TheValueStore.Net will NOT refund any shipping,
packing/handling fees. All returns must be sent by mail, to confirm receipt,
and may not be delivered in person.
Unauthorized Returns:
In the event that The Value Store.net receives any item that does not
contain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and to the extent
that The Value Store.net can identify the item, The Value Store.net will
refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 30% or $10 restocking
fee (whichever is higher). The Value Store.net will NOT refund any shipping,
packing or handling fees.
Refunds:
Any reimbursements by TheValueStore.Net will be made via the payment method
chosen by the customer when the item was purchased. Please note that refunds
take up to 7 days to post to your account and may not be visible until your
next months billing statement.
Payment Information:
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal with a confirmed
shipping address only, MasterCard, Visa, Money Order, Cashiers Check and
Personal Check. Please be sure to use our Marketworks Checkout for faster
order processing. There will be a delay in shipping if it is not used. For
shipments within Illinois and for pick-ups at our facility, a 8.25% sales
tax is added to the final purchase price. We only ship to Paypal confirmed
addresses if payment is made via Paypal. Local pick-up: All items picked up
at our facility will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
Shipping Information:
Shipments within the United States
We ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. We only ship
to PayPal confirmed addresses if paying by PayPal. Insurance is required and
is INCLUDED in the shipping quote (please note Saturday, Sunday, and
Holidays are not business days).
For an exact shipping quote to your location please use the shipping
calculator located beneath the "Proceed to Checkout" button for each item.
Local pick-up: Please call to arrange, 866-694-0444. We need 24 hour
notification to get your item ready and cleared payment. Our hours for local
pick-ups are; Monday - Friday between 9am and 12pm, or 1pm and 3pm CST. All
items picked up at our facility will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
Shipments outside of the United States
We currently only ship on your
Fed-Ex/DHL/UPS account. There will be a $5.00 handling Fee added to your
invoice. Duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges, the
buyer is solely responsible for. The actual value will be entered on the
customs label.
Combined Shipped
The process of combining shipments can be difficult because of the extreme
variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight
and fragility). Due to this we do not combine shipping costs. Please use the
shipping calculator to get an exact shipping quote to your location for each
auction.
Feedback
Positive feedback is left automatically when winning bidder leaves a
positive comment for The Value Store.net. If you are not satisfied with your
transaction, please contact us BEFORE leaving a negative feedback so we have
a chance to correct the problem.
