Pride

I grew up as a kid collecting cards as a hobby. When I was old enough, I started selling cards with my Dad at the flee markets back home. Then, for about three years, we opened a sports cards shop in Asheville NC. Back in the mid 80's, Baseball cards were on fire! Topps, Donruss were the ones to get, Some Fleer were good, and Score had just hit the scene. This was it. I had the biggest collection around for a16 year old kid, and I LOVED going to work everyday.

Now Imagine some 25 years later; married with 2 kids; I decided to get back into the hobby. Only this time, I was wrapped up in FANTASY Football and lived in front of the TV on Sunday. Naturally, I decided to buy a set of Football cards. 2006 Topps. No big deal.

The next time I got any cards wasn't until right at a year later. I opened a box of 07 Topps with my Mom on my birthday, and then I got hooked. I started buying a few boxes at some of the stores, and then I found my home hobby shop in Marietta GA. We got introduced and he learned really fast, I had NO idea what I was in for!

Auto graph cards? Jersey Cards? Pieces? Chrome? Playoff? 

All of these terms were totally new to me, but what a ride learning, collecting and Pulling these boxes apart!

And Passion!

This year, I decided to set up the ebay store so I could continue to collect cards. I love this hobby so much, but so much has changed; unless you have seriously deep pockets, there is no way to do it all. So now I buy boxes, scope ebay for deals, hit flee markets, basically anything to find cards. Some I keep, some I trade, and some I may pass on to you.
