Q: Will I receive notification when my item/s ship?
A: Yes, when your payment clears and the package is ready to ship you will receive a "shipping status" email. This email will be sent directly to the email address provided by PayPal or eBay's Message Service (found in each individuals "My Ebay" and will have the above-referenced quote in the RE: line. If spam filters are turned on the email may not be received. If the package is being shipped within the US you will also receive an email from PayPal advising that the package has been shipped and providing a delivery confirmation number. This number can also be found in each individuals "my ebay" page. Please keep in mind that a delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number and does not track a package from destination to destination like an express package. It is just what it is called a "delivery confirmation".

International packages are shipped via International First Class Mail and normally take *10-60 (excluding weekends and holidays) business days for delivery. This solely depends on the destination and customs. If you would like your package sooner, please email indicating how fast you would like your package and we will email you with a shipping quote. *Domestic and International shipping times are provided to us by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Q: Can I insure my package and what are the rates?
A: Yes, insurance is optional but recommended. The US rates are $1.70 for $.01 - $50.00; $2.15 for $50.01 - $100.00; $2.60 for $100.01 - $200.00; $4.60 for $200.01 - $300.00; $5.55 for $300.01 - $400.00. Totals of $400.01 and over is $5.55 plus .95 cents for each $100.00 fraction thereof over $400.00. International orders cannot be insured for these rates. If you are an international (including Canada) customer and would like to know if we can insure your package and the rate, please do not hesitate to email.

We do our very best to deliver your products as they are described and as shown in the pictures. Return of defective merchandise can be returned for exchange only. Any defective merchandise must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all expenses incured with exchanges. Item must be returned in a simular package in which received and with no visible signs of wear or misuse. Please notify us by email within 2 days to receive a RA#.
