• At auction, I take great care in featuring quality, high-end books, gift cards, and sets. Largely in part because I love reading. I have been an avid reader of classics, romance, education, science fiction and nonfiction for close to 25 years now.

 My product focus:

• My focus is to be dedicated to making your auction experience an exceptional one. I try to inspect each book and item before I list it. Also, I try very honestly to do my best to describe and disclose any flaws or problems. Majority of the products I sell are new with some few exceptions which are usually listed within the auction.

My Selling Philosophy:

• I try to be as responsive to each of my customers as much is possible.
• That is why I try to do the following with each and every item I sell:

• Answering inquiries. I will do my best to answer your questions. Business studies show that a customer lead loses one percent of its potency for each day it remains unanswered or unfulfilled. I have learned that responding quicker than your competitors translates into a clear advantage.
• With all this said, in addition to being an Ebay powerseller, I am extremely busy graduate student these days as well. So know that I will try my best to get back to you with your requests.
  
  
• On-time delivery. I will try to get you the product quickly as the mail allows me to. I understand that the product is not useful unless delivered promptly that is , when the customer needs it . I think that promising a specific delivery date and not sticking to it lends the perception that the company is incompetent.

• Guarantee your products and services. I try to stand behind everything I sell . I am only human though and I must confess I have on occassion over looked details about an item. If you have a problem with an item that I am selling, please contact me first. I will try my best to help you out.
  
  
• Make on-the-spot decisions. I believe that no one wants to hear, "Let me check with....;" or "I'll have to get back to you." A customer who comes to you with a problem and gets an immediate decision will - more often than not - walk away satisfied.
  
  
• Keep your promises.I try to make promises that I can keep. I think customers appreciate it.

• Feedback and Return Policy: I would highly appreciate if you could leave a positive feedback upon completion of the transaction. My goal is to have you, the buyer, to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at my auction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, kindly contact me. We will try our best to resolve the issue.

  We post feedback when the transaction is complete. We don't consider the transaction to be complete until we know that our customer is satisfied. Therefore, if you buy an eBay item from us and want us to post positive feedback for you, post positive feedback for us and we will reciprocate.

  Returns:

• Damage due to shipping is not my responsibility. Please choose insurance to cover against loss or damage. I try to package as carefully as I can, given the bugets of each auction item.

• I will gladly replace or refund any defective merchandise once it is returned to me, however you would need to pay for return shipping.

• All sales are final with regards to gift cards.

• Gift Cards. All the gift cards I sell are from my credit card company rewards program and legitimate. Once a gift card has gone to auction, I will not end it with a Buy it Now. Please feel free to bid on the item if you are interested. And please feel free to ask any questions regarding the cards if you feel there is something that is not clear (expiration date, type of shipping etc.)

Payment:

• Real Simple: You pay, and I will ship--usually within 24-48 hours.
• Please bid ONLY if you are willing to pay as each listing requires money, time and effort; and we would have to report any NON PAYING bidder to eBay. By placing a bid at my auction, understand that you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of the payment method, condition of the article and shipping charges.
• We ship all items in brand new condition unless otherwise stated.

• Time limits: Payment is expected within 3 days of end of auction (usually).If we have not received payment in full from the buyer within three days of winning an eBay item, we will send a reminder e-mail to the buyer. If we have not received payment in full from the buyer within seven days of winning an eBay item, eBay will send reminders to the buyer and we reserve the right to void the sale. If we have not received payment in full from the buyer within fourteen days of winning the eBay item, eBay will send a warning to the buyer and may suspend the buyer from further use of the eBay site.
• PayPal payments: We reserve the right to ship only to the PayPal confirmed shipping address. If you send a PayPal e-check, it takes at least four banking days for us to receive the funds from PayPal. If you pay with a PayPal e-check, we do not ship your item until we receive the funds from PayPal. Until we receive the funds from PayPal for an e-check, we have not received payment, so we follow the process described in Time limits above.
• Credit card payments: To pay with a credit card, please go through Paypal.
• Money order payments: To pay with a money order or cashier's check, please email me so I know to wait. Communication is expected within two days end of auction.
• Check payments: We do not accept personal or business checks.
• Customer pickup: Customer pickup is not available. All orders must be shipped to the customer.
• International Bidders: Please use PayPal for payment. Email me one day prior to bidding, if possible, to clearly understand all shipping charges. For international shipping, shipping times can not be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include Customs processing. If your order passes through Customs, please expect a delay.

 Shipping/Handling:

• Shipping and Handling Rates & Terms: Orders are usually ship within 2 business days, unless there are holidays, in which case the item will be shipped on the next available mailing date. If payment is recieved during the weekend, item will be shipped on Monday/Tuesday following the weekend. Shipping costs are based on books weighing approximately 3-5 pounds or 1.5 KG. Shipping and handling costs includes the time and labor to pack the item, cost of the box, and packing material on top of just the shipping charges for the mail. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know about cost of shipping adjustment.

• Combined shipping/postage: If you order more than one item from me (usually it is books) I will charge the cost of the initial item ( highest s/h) plus a fraction of the second and third item, such as if postage is $5 per item sold, I will charge $5 for the first item and then $3 for the 2nd, 3rd etc. For combined international shipping the charges are ofcourse more due to customs forms and additional destination postage. Email me directly if such cases arise a day before bidding and we can work it out.
