The Daughter Who Sews This name came from my Mother. She made dolls and I dressed them. In time, I came to work for several other doll stores in the South Jersey area and whenever my Mother would go to them for supplies or workshops they would always say "You're the one who has "The Daughter Who Sews" The "Real" us. My husband who calls himself the "Other Half of the Daughter Who Sews!" This name stuck! After 24 years of dressing dolls, she still hears this from old acquantances and fellow dollmakers!
