Am I really happy? YES! Very happy, in fact. I live in the gorgeous state of Minnesota with my four "spirited" children, the love of my life (Walter the Yellow Lab) and three funny cats. Life is always interesting around here, and there is no telling what I am going to trip on next...a soccer ball, a football helmet, a Polly Pocket car, a roll of Priority Tape..you get the idea. My kids are the absolute LIGHTS of my life, and I cannot begin to express how much I adore each one of them. They really are exceptional human beings!
Here at Hausfrau's Happy Place you will find a wide variety of items, from jeans to curlers to video games. My niche, if I have one, is women's clothing. Being a woman who has worn more sizes than I care to admit and who has been up and down the economic scale as well, I have a feel for what is comfortable, appealing and affordable.

I take pride in the items I offer~ I think you will find that my standards are extremely high. I don't offer just anything with a certain label on it..it has to be in excellent condition and a recent style. Expect your items to arrive freshly laundered or drycleaned. I do use scented laundry detergent (Tide Clean Breeze) and fabric softener sheets (Method brand) so if that's a problem please let me know. As mentioned above, we do live with three kitties and a Yellow lab, and while I am rabid with my lint brush (pardon the horrible pun) there is always the off-chance that something may sneak by me. Hasn't happened yet but you never do know.
I happily accept Paypal (prefer confirmed addresses, please). Your charge card purchases (through Paypal) are welcome here. If you require another payment method, please contact me. I ship almost every day (except Sunday) and I am usually very pleased with the speediness of the United States Postal Service. Many items are shipped in double bagged Tyvek Priority envelopes. If you live in an area with lots of rain or have experienced issues with packages getting wet, please let me know and I can take the proper measures to ensure that your item arrives DRY. Delicate items are shipped in boxes.
