TERMS OF SERVICE
Please do not place a bid unless you intend to follow through with your payment. Much time and effort goes into photographing and listing each item as well as reporting items not paid.

Our goal is to ensure that new members understand the terms of each listing; the cost for overseas shipping; as well as any additional information required to make an informed decision about their purchase.

PRODUCTS FOR SALE
Each piece is carefully examined prior to auction and any issues noted and
described in the listing. We strive for full disclosure so you know what to expect and there are no surprises. This includes items that were on sale or marked down for a specific reason.
CONSIGNMENT SALES
Hermès is an investment, yet unlike many assets, it can be quickly liquidated. If you have an authentic designer item you would like to sell, simply drop us a line. We may consider buying your item or consigning it to the store. We have a large, established clientele and charge a nominal fee for this service.
VINTAGE & PRE OWNED ITEMS
Vintage is not new. Unless the item is listed as new - some wear should be expected. We try our best to address all wear in each listing, but if you have specific questions, please send an email prior to bidding to buying.
Some vintage items may have come into contact with perfume, detergent, smoke, and other forms of environmental pollution. If you are sensitive to smells, vintage and pre owned items may not be for you. We always recommend - and expect - that all vintage and pre owned items will be thoroughly cleaned by the new owner prior to wear.
COLOURS & SIZING
Each of us interprets colour and condition quite differently. We try our best to describe colors accurately and when in doubt, use a color chart. But if color is an issue for you, please email prior to bidding or buying.
If you are purchasing an item such as a bracelet, belt or anything that is size specific, remember to do your measuring prior to bidding. There are no returns or refunds due to issues in size.
Please make your payment within 3 days of auction close. Pay Pal is always preferred. We also accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We reserve the right to remove bid and cancel sales under the following conditions:
Buyer has less than 15 in feedback and did not write in prior to bidding or buying;
Buyer has "soft positive" feedback (negative comments) from other sellers;
Buyer has private feedback where this cannot be seen.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
As signature is required for most items, we cannot ship to PO and APO boxes.
We provide attractive and secure packaging. All packaging material is new, clean and fresh with the exception of bubble wrap which we try to recycle. We do so to help a planet that is suffering and hope you will do the same.
There are no packaging or handling fees.
All items are shipped within 48 hours, most within 24, with the exception of weekends. There is no mail service in Canada on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays.
Unless alternate arrangements have been made, we use Canada Post Expedited or Express Post.
Note: International shipping rates may vary, with countries such as Australia, Japan, South Africa and Italy being slightly higher than those in the UK. These costs will be calculated at the end of the auction.
Insurance is available at the cost of $1.00 per $100.00 of coverage.
