Why we use Ebay

Greetings from Julie, Martin and our two girls. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about us.

We've been Ebay users for a few years - at first, only as buyers. It began while we were living in Europe and I was searching for baby clothes. (They are super expensive over there.) Then I realized we could really find just about anything on Ebay, but it wasn't until 2005 when I took the brave step of becoming a seller. Now, we're selling items all the time, from clothes our girls have grown out of to old toys and books I've found in some forgotten corner. Martin also enjoys selling coins, stamps, ornaments and other collectables.

I'm a pack-rat by nature, so being able to put items up for sale on Ebay helps keep our storage space neat and tidy. :) It's also a lot easier to use Ebay instead of going through the hassle of setting up a yard sale!

We take customer service very seriously. We've been very lucky in the sense that all our customers have been outstanding. They tend to be people like us - professional, family-oriented and always looking for a great deal! That's why we keep the quality high, the communication clear and the service quick. :)
