Our returns policy.
Damaged or not as described:
If an item is found to be damaged or not as described, on receipt please notify us and return it to us within 7 days. We will either replace (if another copy is available) or we will refund your payment in full (including the original P&P charge you paid) upon receipt of your return.
 
Returns for other reasons.
If you are returning item(s) that are not faulty or damaged, they MUST be in the condition you received them. Please notify us to arrange the return within 14 days of receipt. In these circumstances YOU are responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item to us and we will refund the value of the item(s) only.
