From buying one- and five-cent packs of cards (with gum) to eventually publishing our own card sets (Ty Cobb in 1977, Diamond Classics I and II in 1982 and '83, respectively, Original All-Stars from The Game of the Century (also '83) and America's National Pastime 1930 to 1939), it has been a most interesting hobby.
