WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT BY SHOPPING AT BELL'S TREASURE TROVE: We package and ship your item the next business day. We e-mail you a shipping notification with the tracking info of your package if you are in the United States, so you can click on it and see where your item is scanned by USPS. If you outside the U.S., we will include your customs label ID. Your item is packaged carefully, with an insert stating our contact info, along with sale, payment, and shipping dates, and your item total, shipping total, and sale total. We will display the actual postage on our shipping labels for you to see, with an explanation of our handling charges on your insert. You may also find the insert and package decorated with stickers. Remember, we are a homeschooling family, and our eBay business is a family affair. EBay helps them learn about economics, customer service, quality, accounting, and details. The kids also love to help "decorate" your package. Don't worry, they know not to "decorate" your actual eBay item... eBay items are off-limits to them, but putting stickers on the box is not. You never know, you may find artwork in marker or crayon on the side of your box if you are lucky. :) We also keep track of your package, and we are notified via e-mail from USPS when your package is officially delivered if you are in the U.S. Within a day or two of the receipt of your item, you can expect another e-mail from us to follow-up with you. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and experience. NO TRANSACTION is complete until you are happy. You can let us know either by e-mail or by positive feedback on eBay. We always return positive feedback. If you are not happy, we ask that you contact us via e-mail as soon as possible and BEFORE leaving feedback, so we can fix whatever problems you may have. We value and encourage communication from our customers.

PayPal only (e-checks must clear the bank before item is shipped). Please notify me of payment plans within 48 hours, and please pay within 3 days. An unpaid item claim will be filed if payment is not received within 7 days. | |
| Shipping Options/Insurance |
See the shipping schedule/chart provided by the shipping calculator below - based on weight, delivery type, and location. You select the country you are in and zip/postal code, and the costs and delivery options will be displayed. Seller not responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS, so please consider insuring your item. We love to combine and discount shipping, but you must e-mail me for a quote your location and items of interest before checking out or paying. Handling charges that are passed along to the buyer are usually 25 cents to 50 cents in addition to the USPS mailing charge per package for U.S. shipments, and up to 75 cents extra for international shipments. The handling charge covers my shipping costs, which includes delivery confirmation/tracking (18 cents), and shipping materials (tape, peanuts, envelopes, boxes, mailing labels, printer ink, etc.), as well as gas to get to the post office, which costs me close to a gallon round trip. Many buyers don't think of the extra costs the seller has; hopefully this will enlighten you. Most items ship from our location the following business day after your payment has cleared. NOTE: Parcel Post and Media Mail are the slowest ways to ship (that's why they're the cheapest). Keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method at checkout. The USPS estimated delivery times are in the price schedule below.

| Return/Refund Policy |
Notify seller within 48 hours of receiving item. Refunds will not be given if item arrives damaged by USPS and insurance was not purchased. Item must be returned in same condition as received and free of odors (smoke, etc.). Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refund amount given will be the bid amount, not shipping. If negative feedback/poor star ratings are left without first contacting and giving seller the opportunity resolve the issue, item is not eligible for refund.
