Shipping Information:

• All continentals USA orders normally ship out within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
• Orders shipped through the Post Office may take up to a week for shipment.
• Maryland residents will be charged 5% sales tax.
• A fee of $20 will be charged for any returned checks.
• We reserve the right to delay shipment while any payment clears.
• Absolutely all packages shipped in the continental USA &Canada are shipped via UPS!
• Packages to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Packages shipped through the Post Office may take up to a week to ship.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to Thebestblade! We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days of the item(s) ship date. You must contact "Thebestblade" to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any item returned without a (RAN) enclosed will be refused and returned to the sender. Items have to be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. We DO NOT reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping, handling and 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective. A refund will be issued within 4 business days after receipt of the item. If we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund.

International Shipments:

Please read and make sure you agree to all of the following terms and conditions if you are an International customer. Over the past several years we have learned through experience what the most common problems are with international shipping. We provide all of this information in order to prevent these problems. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not bid.

• International customers are responsible for any import taxes, brokerage fees, etc.
• Please make sure that the item can be legally imported!
• Each country has restrictions regarding what can and cannot be imported. It is impossible for us to keep up with restrictions for every location on the planet. The customer is responsible for checking with the appropriate officials in their country to make sure an item can be legally imported.
• We are not responsible for any items seized by customs!
• If an item is returned to us by customs, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the return cost. If an item is confiscated by customs, no refund will be issued.
