SHIPPING
Packages over 2 pounds are normally shipped to the lower 48 states using Fedex. If the customer provides only a PO Box for an address and does not wish to provide a street address, we will be happy to send it USPS Parcel Post. Please note: Parcel Post is low priority ground for USPS and we have seen packages take up to 3 weeks even though they advertise that the package will arrive in less than 2. We have no control over this. Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other off-shore U.S. locations should use Priority to avoid a 4-6 WEEK shipping time.
We reserve the right to upgrade shipping (at no additional cost to you) for our purposes at any time. Upgrading the shipping on one purchase does not mean that your next purchase will also be upgraded.
We are happy to ship to APO/FPO boxes. However, we have seen it take over a month to arrive at the destination.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Check (with delay), money order. Contact us for other methods. Checks and money orders must be in U.S. Dollars only and checks are allowed for U.S. orders only. Western Union and Paypal is preferred for international orders.

RETURNS
We do allow exchanges and returns. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us. We will replace the item or refund your payment. If you decide you don't want the item and send it back to us in new condition, we will refund your payment minus shipping.
