I am a busy mom of three kids and "The Bunchkin Patch" is a dream of having my own kid's resale shop. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and am using my knowledge to run "The Bunchkin Patch". My children are ages 16, 14 and 6. I love going to garage sales and am always looking for a bargain. I hardly pay retail when I can get it on sale or clearance! The "Bunchkin" is my youngest daughter's nickname given to her by her father. Someday I hope to expand into a brick and mortar store but for now eBay provides me the tools to achieve part of my dream now! Thanks!
I personally handpick each item to be sold. I inspect each item when it is purchased, listed and shipped. I wash my hands before handling items to insure that I am not transferring stains to clothing or items. I wash & treat some items to make sure everything is presentable and in the condition I state in listing. Most of the items are purchased secondhand and I can only describe the condition when I list it. I try not to list stained items and under certain circumstances will list stained items with a detailed description. I am human and sometimes flaws get overlooked. PLEASE contact me if you encounter any problems before feedback is left. I usually respond very quickly to emails but sometimes my high-speed cable connection goes down and I cannot answer questions quickly. Please allow at least a day or two for a response. I have a little girl that demands my attention and I get interrupted frequently when working on the computer.
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
I take all of my transactions personally and will fix a problem promptly. I am an honest seller and get my feelings hurt if I don't get the chance to make a problem situation better. I no longer leave feedback until I know the customer is satisfied or try to fix the problem to the best of my ability. I try to avoid negative feedback at all costs. I would rather work out any problems and not leave any feedback if I am not satisfied with a purchase. I, too, buy on eBay and have more than my share of less than satisfied purchases. I try to work problems out with sellers before leaving feedback. However, I had a new eBay user leave me negative feedback before I could fix any problems she had with her purchase. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE contact me if there are any problems with your purchase at The Bunchkin Patch! Right now The Bunchkin Patch is a hobby and would like it to someday be a business. This is listed on my resume to show prospective employers that I can manage inventory, customer service, marketing and problem solving skills. The "Bunchkin" is getting older and will be in school soon. As much as I would love to stay home and just sell on eBay, I must also provide for my family. I base my prices on local resale shops. If you think my prices are high, please shop elsewhere. This is not WalMart...I do lots of research on the Internet and shop at the stores of brands I sell. I do not add eBay listing fees, final value fees or PayPal fees to the cost of the item or shipping! I am trying to make a few extra bucks so I can continue this hobby. I only sell Gymboree because it is a brand that speaks for itself. The clothes are durable, have less than a 2% shrinkage rate and are worth the price! I have bought other brands of children's clothing and have learned my lesson! My daughter wears some Gymboree that is 4 or 5 years old and makes great school or play clothes!
**NEW REFUND POLICY** Items are returnable within 7 days of notifying me. You must send item back promptly with delivery confirmation. You must send item(s) back the same way they were sent to you (ie USPS First Class, Priority Mail, First Class International) with delivery confirmation. New items must have tags attached or original packaging intact. I do not give partial refunds as all items are described in detail and based on my observations of condition. If you purchase an outfit, you must return all pieces related to that particular item. I will refund purchase and initial shipping. If is my oversight, return shipping will also be refunded. All refunds will be issued after items are returned to me and issued within 24 hours of receipt. No refunds if insurance is not purchased in US and items are lost damaged by Post Office. Refunds given as money back.
I like to make sure all of my customers are happy with their transactions, so if there is a problem, please let me know. I am not afraid of explaining any neutral or negative feedback. My other feedback speaks volumes!

Some new and exciting changes are happening in 2009! I will be expanding my eBay store and would like to have as many as 500 Gymboree items to offer! There will be more boys items and accessories.
