About Us:
At The Casual Collector, we are passionate about collecting and have a wealth of collecting knowledge and experience to offer our customers. Our inventory features a great selection of brand name action figures, die-cast vehicles and numerous other types of collectibles, which are sure to meet your individual collecting needs. We know the exuberance of finding a particularly elusive item after a long, exhaustive search and enjoy sharing that feeling with our customers. Our staff works hard to provide prompt, courteous customer service and to make each individual customer feel as though they are more than just a customer, they are like one of the family. Each of our items are inspected and given great care in handling and packaging to help ensure that each item that you purchase arrives at your door, just as it was when you purchased it.
Shipping:
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of each individual item. All packages shipped within the US include delivery confirmation, unless insurance is purchased. We offer insurance on all packages shipped within the US, which will help protect the package during transit. Insurance costs may vary depending on the amount of coverage desired on the package. We also combine shipping for multiple purchases, so buy more and save!
Payment:
Payment is gladly accepted by PayPal or any other eBay acceptable payment method. PayPal payments are preferred to help ensure faster service and item delivery. If you should encounter a problem with sending your payment, please contact us to make payment arrangements.
Store Hours:
Our office hours are from, 10am to 9pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) seven days a week. All questions, purchase notifications and payment emails will be responded to within 24 hours from receipt of the email. Our store is always open, but should there be any closings, delays or changes in our office hours a notification will be posted on the Closings page located in our store.
