Welcome to my Sewing Room!
Celebrating over 20 Years! I started collecting vintage dolls and patterns about 30 years ago and in 1984 began The Classy Kid Collection, which specialized in soft sculpture dolls and doll clothing. We are now pleased to be offering quality reproductions of vintage doll clothing patterns, along with some original doll patterns. With each pattern purchased, you will receive a clear copy made from the original, on 11" x 17" white paper. Included will be a color copy of the front of the pattern envelope, and a copy of the back (if applicable). The patterns will be presented in an envelope for future safekeeping and storage. With each order you will receive an informational sheet where I have included helpful ideas and suggestions from my valued customers. I offer free shipping with the purchase of five or more single reproduction patterns.
I am also resizing and digitizing vintage children's patterns to fit dolls. Keep checking back for new additions as I am always adding new ones as I acquire patterns.
Please note that I now place an overlay with my logo on all patterns and instructions, as there have been several cases of other sellers buying my patterns and copying them to sell under their own names. This does not affect the functionality of the patterns, but does make it impossible to copy for the purpose of reselling. Please contact me if you are aware of anyone selling copies of my patterns. Thank you for understanding regarding the ongoing issue.

SHIPPING FEES: Please wait for an invoice before paying for your order. The post office is increasing their fees every year from here on out, and ebay does not allow us to change the shipping fees once and item from inventory has been sold. We have not increased our shipping fees through four postal increases, but it is coming to the point where we may have to in some cases. Shipping and Handling fees are absolute and are NOT negotiable. Please do not bid if you have any problems with my shipping fees. These fees do not represent actual shipping costs, but also include packaging, USPS confirmation fees (required for ALL packages), supplies associated with preparing packages for shipping, etc. etc. etc. International fees include preparation of Customs Declaration and any other necessary forms, and a trip to the post office. I mark all international packages as "gifts." I mail packages on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to insure quick delivery of your items. International shipments are made on Fridays only, as I need to make a trip to the post office to mail them.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees are $13 for every five patterns. Please do not pay until I have sent you an invoice unless international rates are posted for that item. Also please note that my free shipping DOES NOT apply to international customers. I will send an invoice with correct shipping charges unless they are noted on the site. International shipments are made on Fridays only, as I need to make a trip to the post office to mail them.
INSURANCE: Ebay is discontinuing the insurance option and will not allow us to offer this to our customers.
SHIPPING: I ship three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Almost all packages will have a delivery confirmation, which will be sent to you once I ship your package. If you did not receive one, or wish to track your package, you can do so by going into your "Items Won" page, clicking on the "View Payment Details" bar to the right of the item, and then clicking on "View Shipment Status." That will tell you the day the item was shipped. Sometimes it does not say where the package is at in transit, just that the label was created. I mail ALL packages the day the label was created. You can copy and paste the confirmation number to the post office tracking site, and they might let you know where it is in transit. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't.
I love to combine shipping! But PLEASE wait for a combined invoice from me, do not pay the automatic invoice issued by ebay, as they do not correctly calculate combined shipping fees. Your cooperation is appreciated!
FEEDBACK: I love to give positive feedback and will do so once your item is received and you are happy with it. However - I leave feedback only periodically in batches as my main goal is to ship out packages in a timely manner. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME ASKING TO LEAVE FEEDBACK! It is very time-consuming having to answer these emails, which in turns means it will take even longer for me to find the time to leave it. I do eventually leave feedback when time permits - so just be patient!
