A note regarding condition/grading:
Grading is subjective - what we think is "Very Good", you may consider only "Good" - if there is any question of condition, we will automatically drop the grading down to the next level, to assure you that what you will receive is appropriately graded.
Additionally, at The Covered Bridge Store, we sell only vintage and/or collectible items - each item has been previously owned and loved - but is still valuable and ready to be "adopted" by you.
We visually inspect each and every item, and grade them conservatively using the following high standards:
(M) MINT - Appears to be new, without handling. As very, VERY few items are actually in this category, we rarely grade items as MINT here at The Covered Bridge Store.
(NM) NEAR MINT - Has one or two tiny flaws or blemishes - Only very minor signs of wear are evident.
(VG) VERY GOOD - Item may have several flaws or blemishes, all fully explained in the description.
(G) GOOD - Item has several flaws, blemishes and/or scratches. Since we grade VERY conservatively, and to avoid concerns for our customers, most of our items are graded in this category.
(F) FAIR - Item has multiple flaws, scratches, blemishes, but still has value to the collector.
(P) POOR - Item has multiple flaws, scratches, blemishes. We rarely sell anything at this level, but if the value is in the fact that it is rare and/or collectible to the diehard collector, we may offer some items at this grade.
