A Little About Us
We started our business on ebay in January, 2006.
The Decor Land, INC is a small, family run business that takes pride in selling top quality items at great prices, giving excellent customer service & providing tremendous overall service.
We own all the items that we list on ebay. We do not sell items that we do not physically have.
Our customers are very important to us & we have many repeat customers.
We have some of the greatest customers on ebay.
Any chance we can get to save our customers some money, we do it.
Feedback is very important & we take feedback very seriously.
We love to see all of the pictures that our customers send us of how they use our items.
It makes us happy to see what a difference we can make in someones life.
We NEVER use a photo program to enhance our pictures to make them look better. The pictures we take of the items are put up exactly the way it is taken by our camera.

A Little About Our Product Line
Our Nylon Hanging items are designed by us & we own the intellectual property rights of every Nylon item that we sell.
What this means is that my items are unique & the designs cannot be copied.
This also means that you will not find these exact items any where.
Our nylon hangings are not available in stores & can only be purchased through us.
There are similar items out there, but we have the most unique, adorable items & we have the most designs available anywhere.
Our Nylon hanging products currently are Butterflies, Dragonflies, Bees, Ladybugs, Flowers, Bears, Moon, Suns, Clouds, Princess Crowns, & Frogs.
We have expanded our product line to include Dress-up products such as Wings, Tiaras, Wands, Tutu's, Headbands, Boutique Hats, Dresses & More.
Our nylon hanging items are great for a Nursery, & even a tween or teen room.
They make great party decorations, for birthdays or even weddings or engagement parties
You can use them as hair accessories, or make a beautiful floral arrangement.
The possibilities are endless.
We personally inspect every item when we receive it, before listing it on ebay, to make sure there are no flaws or defects.
We work hard to get items in bulk at great prices & pass the savings on to our ebay customers.
We work with manufacturers and the designs of most of our items are exclusive to us & cannot be found anywhere else (especially at our prices).
When we take pictures of our items, we never enhance the picture to make it look better. The picture that we take goes directly from the camera to the computer to the auction page.
We will be looking forward to the next few months, when we plan on expanding our product line even further.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please read the entire item description before making your purchase (See Item Descriptions Below).
- Ask any questions before placing your order.
- We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misdelivered packages once they leave our possession.
We offer Insurance & boxed delivery for protection of your products & this is at the buyers request for an additional charge.
Effective 1/1/09 We Now Offer Insurance For International Orders.
- For International Customers, we will not mark the package as a Gift. Please do not ask.
- International Customers are responsible for paying their own duties to their country. These are your countries fees & have absolutely nothing to do with us.
- Payments we accept are Paypal & Credit Cards processed through paypal. We no longer are able to accept Money Orders or Cashier Checks. We do not accept Personal Checks. (See Payments below)
- We do not accept bids or purchases from anyone with less than (0) feedback or from bidders who have too many unpaid item reports filed against them.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bids that we feel necessary without notification.
- Payment must be received within 7 days after the date of your purchase. If your payment is not received within 7 days after the purchase, we will report it with ebay.
- You have 5 days from the date of your first purchase to combine your order & save on shipping & handling. (See Shipping Below)
- We cannot substitute any item that you purchase. Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct item before pressing the submit button.
- Wholesale lots are sold "AS IS" & I cannot substitute colors.
- Your BID or BUY IT NOW or BEST OFFER is a binding contract. We expect someone who makes a purchase to make payment.
- If you have no intention of making payment, please do not purchase our items.
- If you made a purchase & for some reason cannot pay right away, just let us know. We understand that things happen. Let us work with you.
- We guarantee that the item(s) you receive is exactly as described in the item description.
- Your order will be shipped to whatever address is included with payment. Please do not send a seperate email asking to ship to a different address.
- If you are not happy, you can return the item for a refund (See Refunds below).
Shipping & handling is not refundable.
- If you receive an item & it is defective, please email me immediately & I will make it right.
- Please leave positive feedback when you receive your order. If any problems, do not leave any feedback & email me immediately.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
We try to provide the best description of the item available.
If you have any questions, please email us before making your purchase.
When we measure items, it is approximate.
All Nylon Items Are Hand-made & each one is unique.
There may be a slight difference in size, so the size stated in the description is approximate.
Measurements are never off by more than 1/2"
We measure our wall hangings from side to side (wide). For instance, a 13" butterfly is measured from wing to wing.
Any additional terms or conditions not listed here, will be listed in the item description.
PAYMENTS
We accept & prefer payments made through Paypal.
This way it is all documented right through the ebay site.
We accept all major credit card payments through paypal (www.paypal.com)
You do not need to open an account with paypal to pay for your order with your credit card.
Unfortunately, we no longer accept Money Orders & Cashier Checks.
Sorry, absolutely no personal checks accepted.
Paypal payments are processed within 1 - 5 business days.
The buyer is responsible for making payment within 7 days after the date that the item is purchased.
We automatically combine multiple purchases every night to save you on shipping & handling.
You have 5 days to combine your order from the date that you made your first purchase.
We send out updated, combined invoices every day.
If you want your order combined & we have not sent you an updated combined invoice yet, please email me.
We cannot combine orders if you make separate payments.
Each separate payment that you send will be shipped out separate.
Please wait until you are done shopping before making payment.
International orders (Any Order Outside The U.S.) must be paid in USD & International orders must be paid for by Paypal.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We believe that the customer has the right to choose which way their package is shipped to them. Some people don't want to pay extra for shipping & some people don't care what they pay, as long as their package arrives safe & sound & fast.
In The U.S. We will strongly recommend that you choose Priority Shipping, which will be shipped in a Box for the best protection.
If you choose First Class/Parcel Post, please note that your package might not be handled by the Post Office as well as Priority Packages & We will Not be held responsible for any damaged items or late deliveries caused by the handling of the USPS. For a few dollars more, it is better to protect your items then receive them damaged & to receive it in a few days rather then a week or so.
However, It is very rare that something gets damaged by using First Class Mail.
For International orders, we will strongly recommend that you take the Priority International or Express International shipping (which will be shipped in a box for the best protection).
If you choose the First Class international shipping, you will be releasing us of any obligations once that package leaves our possession. First Class international does not come with tracking & can take up to 25 business days to get to its destination. Insurance is Now Available for First Class International orders.
Most U.S. Orders are generally shipped out on the Same, or the Next Business Day after payment is received, if paid through paypal. Some orders may take up to (but no longer than) 5 business days to ship out, depending on circumstances.
Effective 1/1/09, Orders shipped anywhere outside the U.S. are shipped within 2 - 3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days to process & ship out, depending on circumstances.
If you need an order by a certain date, please let us know when you make payment & we will work with you to ship out your order as fast as possible.
Please Be reasonable with your request.
If you pay on Monday, please do not ask to receive it by Wednesday, unless you are willing to pay for Express Shipping.
You must give us at least 5 business days to get it to you, if shipping by First Class or Priority Mail.
You must make a note with your payment stating when you need it by & we will try to get it to you on time.
If you need it in less than 7 days from the date that you make payment, it will be considered RUSH DELIVERY (which is an additional charge).
We will not guarantee a delivery by any date, but we will try to get it to you on time.
We cannot control the USPS.
Boxed Delivery (Your order shipped in a Box for even more protection) Is Available. Email For Details.
All orders are shipped out Which ever way that you choose when you make payment.
Priority Mail or Express Mail is available at an additional charge and at the buyers request.
Priority Mail is a service provided by the USPS & does not mean that the order will be shipped out any faster. It will be delivered faster & safer & than First Class or Parcel Post
As per the USPS, the approximate delivery times for the following services:
First Class Mail: 2-9 days
Parcel Post: 3-15 days
Priority Mail: 2-3 days
Express Mail: 1-2 days
A delivery confirmation number is included with every U.S. order.
This number will be emailed to you immediately after the order has been processed.
This is a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number.
This means that it may not be updated on the USPS website until it is delivered to you.
Signature Confirmation is Optional & at the buyers request.
ANY ORDER OVER $250 must include Signature Confirmation.
The order will be shipped to whatever address that is specified with your payment.
Please do not send me an email asking to ship to a different address.
Please include that info with your payment.
All International orders (orders shipped outside the U.S.) that are shipped via First Class International will not include a delivery confirmation number, so please do not ask me to track it.
We can only track orders if you want to pay for Priority International (for an additional $20.00) or Express International Mail (For an additional $30.00).
Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail within 2-3 business days after your payment clears & should get to you within 3 - 25 days after it is shipped out.
Please Note - I ship out alot of International orders every week &
All International Orders That Have Been Sent Out, Have Been Received.
For International Orders - I will not mark the item as a Gift on the customs form.
Please do not ask.
I am not going to get in trouble & lose my license to sell because you do not want to pay your custom fees.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties to your country.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is optional & at the buyers request. If you do not purchase insurance, we will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdelivered packages.
U.S. Orders - If you choose insurance & do not receive the package, please allow at least 21 days for the package to arrive, once it is shipped out.
If the package is not received, please contact us so that we can report a claim.
If you receive the package damaged, please email us immediately for instructions.
Effective on International Orders purchased from 1/2/09 - If you choose insurance & do not receive the order, please allow at least 45 days for it to arrive from the date that it was mailed (for Italy, please allow 60 days).
If the package is not received, please email us to that we can file an insurance claim. You must be able to sign an affidavit claiming that the package was not received.
If the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
COMBINED SHIPPING IN DETAIL:
In the U.S. - Start with the Highest Shipping & Handling charge of all items purchased.
Then it is $0.75 each additional single item 13" 0r smaller.
It is $1.00 each additional single item 14" or larger, each mobile or any lot 4" or smaller.
It is $1.50 each additional lot 5" or larger & Dresses.
Wooden Letters Cannot Be Combined With Any Other Purchase.
It is a flat S&H rate of $8.00 for wooden letters, no matter how many you purchase.
OUTSIDE THE U.S. - Start with the Highest Shipping & Handling charge of all items purchased.
Then it is $1.00 each additional single item 13" 0r smaller.
It is $1.50 each additional single item 14" or larger, mobiles, or any lot 4" or smaller.
It is $2.00 each additional lot 5" or larger.
It is $3.00 each Dress.
Wooden Letters Cannot Be Combined With Any Other Purchase.
S&H is $8.00 for the first letter & $1.50 each additional letter.

1st Way To Get Free Shipping - Your total item purchase (not including shipping & handling or insurance) must be At Least $50.00 or more. Any purchase that you make counts towards the $50.00, but you must make AT LEAST 2 purchases.
A single purchase of $50.00 or more is not available for Free Shipping, unless you make a 2nd purchase.
The only product that is not available for FREE SHIPPING are Wooden Letters, or if the listing states that it is not available for Free Shipping.
You must request an invoice when you are done making your selections letting us know that your total is $50.00 or more & we will update your invoice accordingly.

2nd Way To Get Free Shipping - You can make at least 3 purchases by using the BUY IT NOW at the regular price.

There are a few ways to track your order.
The first & best way is in the email that I send you when the order is shipped.
Keep an eye out for this email as the link for the delivery confirmation number is in this email :-)
PLEASE NOTE - We usually ship U.S. orders out on the same, or next business day after payment is received, however, It can take up to 5 business days for me to ship out your order, depending on circumstances.
If you do not get an email from me within 5 business days after you made payment, please do one of the next 3 things to see if your order is shipped & to get the delivery confirmation number.
Another way to see if your order is shipped & to get the delivery confirmation number:
1) Go to the ebay website
2) Click the MY EBAY link on the top of the ebay website
3) Log in to ebay & click the Items Won link on the left side.
4) There you will see all the items that you won.
5) Find our transaction & in the order details section, there will be the delivery confirmation number.
A 3rd way, if you paid by paypal, is:
1) Log into your paypal account
2) Click the history link
3) Do a Basic Search for payments sent.
4) Find the payment that you sent us & see if there is a delivery confirmation number.
A 4th way is to email me & I will check the status for you.
Please note that the other 3 ways you will get instant results.
If you email me asking for the info, it may take a few hours to get this info to you.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the item(s) purchased, the order can be returned for a refund.
The return must be postmarked no later then 3 days after the date that the item was received.
The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Shipping & handling is not refundable unless the problem with the item was our fault.
When you receive your order, carefully open the package & inspect your items.
Look through the package to make sure you take everything out.
Do not rip the package open.
If you need to return something, email me for instructions.
There are absolutely no refunds on Rush Orders.
There are no refunds because you did not get it "on time".
Refunds will be paid through paypal.
Returns & Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the situation.
FEEDBACK
We ask that the buyer leave positive feedback when the order is received.
This lets us know that the transaction is complete & the buyer is satisfied.
Once that is done, that lets us know that the transaction is complete.
If you are not happy with the transaction, email me immediately to resolve any issues.
Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback before trying to resolve the issue with us first.
