Frequently asked Questions:

1.  Do you combine shipping?

YES.  I combine shipping but you MUST go through my Marketworks checkout.  After purchase on ebay, you will receive an email with checkout instructions.  Please read the instructions carefully.  If you do not receive the email (some internet service providers will put my emails in your spam folder), you can use the checkout icon located on any auction page.  Do not go through checkout multiple times for multiple wins.  This will create separate orders and you will not benefit from combined shipping.  All of your items should appear on the same order at checkout.  If they do not, then please give the system more time to update and checkout at a later time (an hour or so later).  Only checkout AFTER your final auction is complete.

I do not use ebay's checkout.  It does not allow for varied shipping rates on multiple items based on the item's weight.

2.  Will you ship to me in another country?

Most likely, I will.  I require that you email me first for a shipping quote and so that I can add you to my approved bidder list (otherwise, foreign bidders are blocked from bidding).  My checkout system will NOT work with foreign addresses.  Just too many variations in shipping prices.  I will have to send you a paypal invoice for payment.  Paypal is the only acceptable method of payment for foreign bidders.

3.  Do you have more than one item that I see listed in an auction?

It is very likely that I have multiple items.  Please use the keyword search box in my listings to pull up similar items available at buy-it-now prices in my ebay store.

4.  Do you offer expedited shipping services?

Unfortunately, no.  Expedited shipping such as Overnight requires a trip to the post office.  I ship daily, 6 days a week but the postal service picks up packages at my location with pre-printed postage.  In most cases, it is just not economical for me to make a special trip to the PO for one package.

5.  How quickly will I receive my package?

As stated above, I ship via USPS daily.  Generally, your package will go out in 24 hours or less.  I cannot be responsible for the USPS transit times althought they state that first class and priority mail generally takes 2-3 days.  I am located in GA, so depending on your location, you may get it in a little more or less time.  Larger and more valuable packages are shipped via FedEX Home Delivery.  I generally ship these 2-3 times per week and you will receive a tracking no. via email.

6. I have left you feedback, will you please leave me feedback?

Yes, I will leave positive feedback.  My feedback is posted automatically each night after you have posted feedback.  I used to leave feedback upon receipt of payment, but have found over the years, that some people will leave me inappropriate neutral or negative feedback if they have a problem with their order rather than contacting me first and giving me the opportunity to correct it.  I have found that this way, people are more likely to contact me before hastily leaving feedback.  I really strive to conduct business ethically and make each customer happy.  I think you will find that this is reflected in my feedback.  (Please remember when leaving feedback, that this is a reflection of my efforts to serve you.  Please do not rate me based on the post office's transit times.  I know that they are usually on time 99.9% of the time, but sometimes they are slow.  When you rate me on their delivery, it only hurts my business and I have no control over them.  Thank you for considering this :-)
