If you see wrong amount for shipping on your invoice please contact us before making a payment. We will update your invoice as soon as possible.
How long until I receive my item?
Domestic deliveries may take anywhere from 2 to 5 days. International deliveries take about 7-15 business days.
When will my item be dispatched?
All items are dispatched on the next business day after the receipt of payment. Please make sure to provide correct shipping address with the payment, in PayPal comment block or on a separate piece of paper if you are mailing your payment in, as we do not guarantee receipt of email with the address change request before the dispatch.
What if my item has been shipped to the wrong shipping address?
Please email us as soon as you can to let us know about this problem. We request that a fee of US $3.95 is covered for any address changes if item has already been shipped to the wrong address. On domestic orders, we will wait until original order is returned back as undelivered and will reship once the fee is covered. For international and wholesale orders, please contact customer service for further details.
I'm not satisfied with my item and would like to return it for a refund or exchange?
Please contact us for further details on how to return your item for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges we request that a fee of US $3.95 is paid to cover the handling of replacement item.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted with PayPal, personal checks and Money Orders. Please contact us for more information on how to make your payment.
Unfortunately we do not accept direct bank transactions as a form of payment.
I have not received a shipping confirmation email or response to my question?
All emails are answered during the regular business hours (Monday through Friday, Mountain Standard Time) in the order they were received. If you do not receive a response within 1 business day, please check your Spam/Junk folder in your mail box to make sure that our email has not been filtered as Spam. Shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address which is on your eBay record and are sent once the item has been dispatched.
