ABOUT SHIPPING INSURANCE

We think it is very sensible to consider taking out shipping insurance as we obviously cannot take responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit as we are not the US mail. As you know there is no way we can control the US mail operations or influence any delays in overseas Customs delays and procedures. Please ensure that your mail carrier leaves the package in a SECURE LOCATION if no one is at home, to avoid increasingly common mail theft AFTER the package has been delivered. Maybe you will agree that it is better to have insurance and NOT need it than to not have it and find you need it. 

Please be aware that we are not the Post Office and as such we cannot take responsibility for any incorrect addresses or lost, damaged or stolen packages, once they have left our premises

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As soon as we have received cleared payment (eChecks take about 4-10 days for paypal to clear) we ship all items on a "rush" basis or at the very least within 24 hours (US Holidays excepted). We frequently ship your order the very same day we get payment. 

The packaging is in all cases - plain and discreet - and does not identify the contents. 

Delivery in the US is via USPS Priority mail and the typical delivery timeframe is about 3 days depending on your location. It can take longer in rare cases and if you know of any way for us to speed up the US Mail  - please do tell us and everyone else that uses them.  In the meantime we ask for your patience if USPS takes their time.

You can use the Express mail option for shipping your items but this is NOT overnight from our location as we do not have an airport. It is however a guranteed 2 days service. 
We do not feel this is worth the extra cost .

IF THEY DO NOT WORK....
SOMETHING IS WRONG

These are not prototype products being tested out on consumers. They are brand new and sealed at the factory and have been sold in their thousands all round the world. We use them ouselves so we know for a fact that they work - and work well.  If this is not your experience we need you to tell us exactly what is wrong so that we can diagnose any fault or user error and correct this. 

If you do not tell us SPECIFICALLY what's wrong we cannot know you have experienced a problem and cannot help correct any deficiency. Saying that something "does not work" does not help us unless you describe exactly what is not working and what steps you have taken to try to get it to work.

If you need help or advice before or after the sale please email us at theimagemakerslv@aol.com telling us your name and the date of original purchase and the email address that you used. Your ebay ID and the item number do not help us locate your transaction amongst hundreds we get each day. We promise that we will respond within 48 hours or less provided you have a working email address and that you check your Spam file.

Please be assured that we are honest and we have no problem in repairing or replacing
any defective parts or products that may have escaped our strict quality control process. We also have no problem making prompt refunds to those who have read and followed the product instructions , allowed sufficient time for the skin to become used to the shaver and have followed the refunds procedures and emailed us for an RMA number prior to returning items. We cannot resell unsealed items because of the personal nature of the product.

DID YOU KNOW?

The outrageous feedback and 5 star quality ratings on which eBay insists, are just a thinly disguised way for eBay to charge us extra commissions and increased listing fees and this is on top of the average charge of 12% they make on us to sell each shaver.
If not stopped, eBay's extra charges and commissions have to be passed on to our customers. It is only logical.
 
eBay does not actually care about the unbeatable customer service we give. It is all about squeezing the last dollar out of their sellers.
Unless you give us or any other eBay merchant better than a 98% or
5 star quality star rating
when you provide feedback, eBay then penalizes us (and all other merchants) with increased rates (up to 20% more) and this in the end costs all eBay customers more. Bad for all buyers and sellers but simply great for eBay.

eBay and their shareholders love you to give less than five star ratings in your feedback because they get to make huge money from us and sadly also from all buyers as a direct result
