Our return policy strictly follows our costumer’s satisfaction guaranteed:

• You must notify us before sending any items for returns.
• All items should be returned 7 days after receiving the item and should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition as seen in the item’s pictures and description (bags, tags, etc).
• Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.

Clearance sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance sales items. Please read the description and measurements completely before making a purchase with us. However, we do guarantee that all items you purchase are brand new and in the condition stated in the auction. If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the auction, please do not hesitate to contact us - your satisfaction is important to us!
