METHODS OF PAYMENT -- VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL
* We request payment be received within 7 days from end of auction.
* We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
* We accept MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS.
* All final bidders will be responsible to make payment as outlined in
the auction. If payment is not received within the 7 day time period,
the auction will be null and void and negative feedback will be left.
POINT OF SALE
* In the event that equipment is shipped from our location we will not
be responsible for any damage caused in transit.
* All new equipment is sold FOB (Freight On Board) manufacturers dock
at their facilities location.
PACKING, SHIPPING AND LOUISIANA SALES TAX
* We will help arrange shipping, crating and packaging. The Kitchen Guys
does not accept any responsibility for the condition of packaging and
or crating from the manufactory, nor accept any responsibility for the
equipment being damaged in transit. In the event the equipment is damaged
in transit to you, we will assist you with handling the damage claim with
the shipper.
Inspection for concealed damage will be the sole responsibility of the
customer. Any and all damaged equipment must be documented with the freight
driver before the driver departs your location. In order for us to assist
you in freight damage from the factory, The Kitchen Guys must be contacted
immediately.
* Insurance is available for used items shipped with FedEx or UPS upon
request. Additional charges will apply. Please specify if insurance is
needed at time of payment.
* If equipment is shipped within Louisiana or you pick it up at our location
in Louisiana, Louisiana sales tax will be added to your final involve.
* All customers outside of Louisiana are responsible for their STATE
and LOCAL sales tax when applicable.
CONDITIONS OF MERCHANDISE
* New equipment is sold with the standard manufacturers warranty.
* We try to list the equipment as accurately as possible. The listing
is based on the information available to us. As continued product improvement
is a policy of various manufactures, specifications are subject to change
without our notice.
