Q: How are you able to offer your language courses at such a reasonable price?
A: We are a high volume seller that is able to offer the public the same discounts that other institutions have long enjoyed. We have also partnered with a company that is able to deliver language instruction in a new and exciting way. This also helps us keep our costs low.

Q: You mentioned a "new and exciting way" of delivering language. Can you tell us more about it?
A: We offer all of our courses in the Audiobook Chip format. These chips are compact digital memory cards that can hold five, ten, fifteen hours of spoken audio or more. A single chip, which is not much larger than a postage stamp by the way, can hold entire courses that would traditionally require a half-dozen to a dozen compact discs or cassettes. We have found them to be a compelling alternative to traditional cassettes and compact discs.

Q: Does the customer have to be a "techie" to use these chips?
A: Not at all! We have tested the chips out with a those from all walks of life and all have found the chips to be both straightforward and easy to operate. Young and old, techie or not, if a person is able to operate the basic controls of a VCR, they can use these chips.

Q: Are the chips portable?
A: They operate natively with a number of devices already on the market, such as both Palm and Windows PDA smart phones. In addition, through software that iofy has developed, a user is able to transfer the contents of their chips to either an iPod^* or PlaysForSure MP3 player.

Q: Getting back to your language courses, are they pirated or bootleg copies? Are they the most recent versions?
A: We understand that our customers are concerned about the authenticity of the products they buy. We would never, ever offer a course that we did not have the legal authority to offer. The language instruction that our customers receive is identical to that which is found on the CD and cassette versions. Any reading material that would be offered with a "standard" version of the course is included, but redesigned into an easy to carry booklet. All our courses are the most recent versions released by the publisher, and are factory sealed.

Shipping Discounts: Domestic orders (within the USA) are $10. International Orders (everywhere else) are $30. Next Day Air is available on domestic orders for $55.

If you purchase more than one item from a store product page or Dutch auction, we only charge shipping on the first item (buy 3 Spanish I chips, for example, and pay only $10 total domestic shipping for that purchase). Customers who purchase items from multiple store pages or auctions receive a $5 discount for the shipping fees on every item after the first (buy a Spanish I chip and a German I chip, pay only $15 for standard shipping within the States).

Shipping Standards: For most orders in the US, we ship via UPS Ground. This is 1-2 days for the East Coast, and 4-5 days for the West Coast. . PO Boxes, APOs, Military Bases and Prisons ship via USPS Priority.

Nearly all international orders ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. This is 6-10 business days to most countries.
