It all started on a vacation stop to the Carribean island of Saba a few years ago. While perusing the local shops, we came upon Jobean Designs. This wonderful woman let me sit, watch and ask questions. I finally had to leave (or be left), and the idea of making glass beads rattled around in my head for a while. Finally in 2001 I got started. Did you know that people look at you funny if you have beads hanging off every part of your body? Something had to be done as it was getting impossible to use everything I was making. I had only wanted to learn for myself but this little "hobby" has turned into a legitimate business! So here we are today.....
