To better serve you with copyright items and new and upcoming items that will be another specialty for us. All of the items you find at The Memories Collection are professionally made by myself and my staff with quality fabrics and trimmings. We create heirloom keepsakes such as Hankies, handkerchiefs, ring bearer pillows, flower girl baskets, all SIZES and styles of garters, blankets, throws, Princess items, Anniversary items, Christening blankets, bibs and outfits and are constantly adding to our inventory! We also have a full line of linens that we offer to you with monograms that are far superior to what you usually find. All items are professionally embroidered in our storefront and sent out to you quickly eliminating waiting for your items. All occasions in life are represented by our items and special requests are welcome as we set up custom auctions to fit your needs when you want your items specialized. We have had over 11,000 pleased clients on ebay alone not counting in our store that we own/ operate. I am also a bridal consultant and have a decorating business and have been in business for over 25 years bringing professionalism to my field.

We will be the supplier of crochet lace handkerchiefs retail and wholesale to business customers that are direct from the manufacturer. Many styles to choose from and available in any quantity. When ordering items please be sure you are requesting the personalization and embroidery as shown in auctions, if not we will do as shown without a custom auction, extra embroidery costs us time and money so we need to charge accordingly.

Commonly asked questions:

• Return Policy: Because of the nature of our items we have instituted a no return policy. Most items are a "one use" and we have had people attempt returns after use so we need to institute this policy. However if you feel there is an issue with the item as far as a defect we invite you to return it for a replacement upon our receipt of the item. Please consider this before purchasing your items.

• Shipping time: We ask that you allow a minimum of two weeks for delivery of your keepsakes because every item is custom made after purchase in the order that it was received and paid for. If your event is less than two weeks from when you wish to purchase please email us with expedited shipping processes. During the Holiday season this could vary slightly but if you're on a strict time frame for wedding items just email us and let us know and we'll be sure to get your items out right away.

• Shipping costs can be combined but the items must be paid for in ONE payment to received the combined ship costs please wait for an invoice with correct costs. Please do not change these on your own unless we have quoted you a price for shipping combined. It does not mean you receive one shipping cost and add more items to it, combined means we go on the weight of the additional items lessening their shipping rate combining with the first heaviest item.

• To assure the highest quality and standards in your purchases: Please be sure to check the NAME of the seller before purchasing. There are similar items "out there" but rest assured if you purchase our items they are true keepsakes. There is a seller "imitating" out items as we list new items so please be aware of whom you are purchasing from you you receive the highest quality as you can see by our large feedback! (Some people have no imagination themselves so find it necessary to copy other's ideas and list them as their own.. but we have the listing dates on file) With many of our items in our copyright now we will not hesitate to pursue legal avenues when they are duplicated. This is how we can offer you unique and affordable items! We continue to offer unique affordable gift ideas and will gladly set up a custom auction for any design you need for your theme or occasion. • T-Shirts are available in all sizes youth 2/4, 6/8, 10/12, 14/16 and adult small, medium, large, extra large. We also stock xxl and xxxl but they are not included in auctions unless stated they cost an additional $4.50 each which is my additional cost for them. You must have a custom auction to reflect the sizing specs with these sizes.

• New ideas and designs coming daily as we get requests for particular items, when shopping please be sure you're viewing/ purchasing our items, not a "copy" of them as they are out there but are not The Memories Collection originals. Our items are true keepsakes all donning our signature. The safest way to shop is to do a search within our storefront in the search box on the store page that way you know you're getting quality items. NOTE..... We are only shipping GLOBAL PRIORITY outside the USA. I realize it is more of a shipping cost but it is trackable and secure. Because of out of US buyers filing claims for non receipt we have found this a necessary change, we're sorry for needing to make this decision but it's necessary.
