With Clan Grant Collectibles, I offer a wide variety of odd or popular collectibles. When looking for items for resale, I look first of all for scarcity, then condition, then oddity, then popularity. Thus I try to sell items that people find truly unique or desirable. I take this seriously folks!

PEACHES THE DANCING BIRD
|
|
The bird I use as a logo is Peaches a cockatoo we fostered for a parrot rescue society here in Calgary. She was perhaps the most fun bird we had in the house and loved being hosed down with a light garden hose spray as she is doing in the photo.
I try to offer auction items that you perhaps aren't going to find just anywhere and I ship anywhere in the world. I have things that I have not listed so I don't mind emails requesting certain items and of course if somebody in the Calgary/Edmonton corridor has a collection for sale, I would be very happy to hear about it.

I am also on a personal mission to find out which Canadian regiments wore tartans, felt shapes or hackles behind their badges and during which periods. Black and white photos often make collecting this type of information difficult so I would like to hear from anybody with definative information about this including current regiments.
I would very much like to find my grandfather's WW1 medals as I never knew him. It would be nice to give them to my Dad so if you can put me in touch with anybody with information, I would appreciate it. He was Private 260388 Percy Joseph Green and was discharged at the 1st. Sask. Depot Bttn. Thanks for reading my ME page and give me a shout if you like.
