About Us Launched over 30 years ago, The Natural Shoe Store was the first footwear retailer to be located in Neal Street, Covent Garden, now one of London’s prime locations. Founded by owner Robert Lusk, his vision today is truer to its roots than ever before. The concept and goal of recreating natural walking within the confines of a shoe continues to intrigue and drive us in a continual effort to provide customers with quality, stylish footwear which feel good to wear. One of the most significant brands to emerge out of this period is Birkenstock®. Lusk so believed in the Birkenstock brand that he became the official UK distributor. Such was the demand for this range that in 1994 we introduced the Birkenstock® Mail order catalogue followed closely by the opening of the Birkenstock shop at 37 Neal Street in Covent Garden. This was the first dedicated Birkenstock® store to open worldwide. The shop has since moved to bigger premises at 70 Neal Street. And in 2006 we launched the Natural Shoe Store Outlet on eBay to allow out customers to buy authentic Birkenstocks and other favourite brands at sale prices. For further information, please see our eBay Guides. Our working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, you can contact us at these hours on 0800 132 194. Bidding and Payment We offer a flat rate of £4.95 postage (free postage for additional items is available unless stated in listings). We are unable to give further discounts on bulk buys. You must bid for all items. We cannot take phone orders for items listed on eBay as we list all available stock. We require payment within 7 days of the auction ending. We accept payment by PayPal, credit card, cheque or postal order. If you wish to pay by credit card please call us on 0800 132 194 providing your billing address, delivery details and eBay ID. If you post a cheque or postal order please make sure you have indicated clearly your eBay ID and the item won. Deliveries Deliveries usually take 1-3 working days to process and send out. However in the summer months it can take 1-2 weeks as this is our busiest time. Orders are sent out via DPD UK, which delivers Monday to Friday, before 5pm. A signature is mandatory. If you have received a card from DPD, they will try delivering again the next working day - you will also have the option of requesting a different delivery day. . We cannot arrange for items bought on eBay to be collected either from our shops or head office. We ONLY send to UK addresses (including Northern Island and the Channel Islands).

Returns Policy We hope you will be delighted with your new shoes, however, if you decide to return your shoes, please do so within 14 days of receiving them, in their original condition and box along with a copy of your invoice. Please note that returns will only be accepted at the specified returns address. We will issue a full refund for any item you return in the condition in which they were received. We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, or faulty goods. Please ensure you are standing on a carpeted surface when trying them on. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if the soles or linings are marked. We cannot exchange items bought on eBay as they are sale goods or discontinued lines and stock levels are limited. If you wish to make a new order please re bid, or call the Natural Shoe Store order line on 0800 132 194: items not displayed on eBay are full price and will require further payment. Please fill out the Returns form included in your order, specifying how you paid and why you are returning them. Please wrap the package securely, making sure to include your Returns form. Seal your package securely, ideally in the original shipping bag. If you no longer have the bag then we suggest that you pack your shoes in their original shoe box and wrap that in a material appropriate for posting such as heavy brown paper. Do not use the shoe box as outer packaging, as this will prevent us from processing your return.
