Goblin Castle is an online business. We started out as an ebay shop and then progressing to our own website. Being online only, means we have lower overheads thus keeping our prices low in the shop.
We are always getting new stock in weekly and strive to find the best quality and variation of alternative clothing and accesories.
If you see something you like, but not your size. Feel free to send us a quick email as we might have more stock awaiting listing.
All small items are dispacthed 2nd class and clothing is dispatched 1st class recorded.
Tips
Where actual measurements are given on clothing, please do measure yourself to be sure of a good fit. Posting an item back for an exchange can work out costly, so best to avoid this situation by reading the listing thoroughly before purchasing.
If you require any imformation on an item that is not mentioned in the listing, please email us your question and we'll do our best find the answer.
Dispatch
We dispatch Monday to Friday. All items paid for by 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Some items paid for after 12pm may make same day dispatch. Please ask on the day if you require your item quick. Occasionaly we do dispatch on a Saturday morning if extra busy. Feel free to ask in advance if you need your item quick.
Upon request items can be sent 'Special next day delivery'.

All our items are new and tagged where applicable. Sometimes packaging may look as though it has been opened as we do random quality control checks.
Please email us with exchange/return requests prior to returning an item to avoid any confusion.
The 'buyer' is welcome to return unworn / unused items within 14 days upon receipt of item. You must notify us of the return request within 7 days of receipt of item via the Ebay email system. The following criteria must be met : Item must be unworn / unused. Tags still attached and in the condition it was received. If the reason for returning the item is due to not fitting or not liking the item, a replacement will be issued where possible. If preferred an item refund will be issued excluding return postage and original postage costs. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item or a damaged item, an exchange will be issued and return postage costs refunded. If in this instance a refund is preferred, the item cost, plus original postage and return postage costs will be refunded.
We cannot refund or exchange underwear/lingerie due to hygene. Including tights.
All auctions and Buy it nows must be paid within 7days. After this time an 'unpaid item dispute' will be started. If you have any trouble in paying for you item, please email us to discuss prior to the dispute starting.
