Hello!! Thank you so much for coming to my "about me" page. My name is Julie Thomas and I've been selling on ebay for nearly 10 years. My husband is in the U.S. Army and since we move every two years, this has been a nice permanent job for me. We have two boys, ages 17 and 14 and selling my items on ebay allows me the opportunity to be here for them whenever they need me. I am greatly appreciative to the many people I have "met" while selling and buying here on ebay. Doing so well here has given me the motivation to start my own website, www.theoldtatteredflag.com and in May of 2008 I will be opening a small shop in the back of my house. What you'll find at The Old Tattered Flag

Well, if you love primitive, and by that I mean anything that is grungy, rusty, cracked, scratched, dirty looking, distressed or antiqued, then you'll probably understand my items. I have many friends, including my husband, who will quietly say, "oh?" when I show them and items and when I get that response from them, I know that my primitive customers will love it. Since I'm an Army wife, patriotic items hold a special place in my heart. I try to incorporate antiques into alot of my pieces so I'm not always able to offer the same thing twice. This means you'll have to come back and keep checking and if you see something you really like, scoop it up NOW. If you have something in mind that you'd like specially made, be sure to contact me.
